Our core team is based in Berlin and Aachen, and we also have offices in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Vienna. We work digitally first, enabling us to efficiently support projects throughout Germany and across Europe. Workshops, strategy modules, and coordination meetings can be conducted entirely remotely when needed, and of course, we also visit our clients on-site for meetings, site visits, or project phases.

Our services are tailored to your role and project phase. We support you through all phases of digital transformation, from needs analysis and strategy & planning to implementation and the efficient operation of your properties.

The process begins with an analysis of user and building needs, followed by the concept and strategy phase. Next comes the planning phase, followed by implementation including tender support and commissioning. Finally, digital operations commence with continuous data analysis and optimization.

We combine building technology, digitalization, software development, and strategic consulting in an integrated approach. This allows us to address technical, organizational, and digital requirements simultaneously – without creating isolated solutions or dependencies. Traditional building services engineering (TGA) and IT services are, of course, also part of our comprehensive offering.

We support all commercial and public smart building projects (B2B). Our tailored smart building solutions are aimed at, among others, owners of commercial and existing properties, project developers, facility managers, technical service providers, and public institutions. Yes. Our services are tailored to your role, goals, and project phase. Although we take a holistic approach, we can join at any stage of a project – from an early needs analysis to optimizing existing operations.

This depends on the building type, objectives, and scope. Pilot projects usually last 2–4 months. Larger overall strategies or platform rollouts take between 6–18 months.
